Prof. Dr. Neethiahnanthan Ari Ragavan, President of ASEAN Tourism Research Association (ATRA) and Executive Dean of Faculty of Social Sciences and Leisure Management, Taylor's University Malaysia was invited by Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH) for a webinar series session entitled " Hotel Industry of Malaysia : Moving Forward".
During the session Prof. Dr. Neethiahnanthan presented on the theme of “Future of Hospitality Education”. The discussion revolved around delivering and managing the quality of education and the impact of the pandemic on higher education, its future trends and best practices.
The industry experts shared views and pointers for hotelier facing challenges in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The webinars attracted most hoteliers and industry partners from all over the countries.
