Transitional Arrangements for Hospitality and Tourism Students: Industrial Attachment & Coronavirus


On 18th June 2020, Prof. Dr. Neethiahnanthan Ari Ragavan, President of ASEAN Tourism Research Association (ATRA) and Executive Dean of Faculty of Social Sciences and Leisure Management, Taylor's University Malaysiawas invited by Prof. Dr. Hajah Roziah Mohd Janor, Assistant Vice Chancellor, Universiti Teknologi MARA for a web discussion session entitled "Delivering Quality Education Despite COVID-19 Challenges: Lessons from the top three Hospitality and Tourism Management Institution in Malaysia".


The web discussion session revolved around delivering and managing the learning of quality education through exchanging experiences, best practices, and ideas related to current and emerging issues associated with pandemic COVID-19 within the area of Hospitality and Tourism Management Institution in Malaysia.


During the session Prof. Dr. Neethiahnanthan presented on the topic of “Transitional Arrangements for Hospitality and Tourism Students: Industrial Attachment and Coronavirus (COVID-19)”. The participants were among lecturers of the institute, graduates, and the interested public.
