The ASEAN Tourism Research Association Board of Directors (BOD) 01/2020 Meeting which was originally scheduled in March 2020 and subsequently postponed due to the a range of challenges on travel restrictions, ban on gatherings, and social distancing requirements connected with the COVID-19 pandemic, was successfully held on Tuesday, 18th August 2020 and Board of Directors (BOD) Meeting 02/2020 was held on Friday, 27th November 2020 virtually at Taylor's University Lakeside Campus, Subang Jaya, Selangor Malaysia via Zoom online platform.
The President thanked all the Board Members for being virtually present and stated that the 7th ATRA Forum was probably one of the best forums that we had so far, as the title was very timely and the speakers gave strong perspective with good participation from the industry and stakeholders. We thanked Faculty of Social Sciences & Leisure Management for hosting ATRA Meetings and 7th ASEAN Tourism Forum entitled "Can Travel Bubble Boost Tourism in ASEAN?".
